AT tai chi Nancy Presley

Nancy Presley leads an enthusiastic group of Tai Chi practitioners who gather three days a week during the summer months at Tift Park in Albany.Tai Chi, often described as “meditation in motion,” is a gentle, low-impact exercise consisting of deliberate, flowing movements synchronized with deep, slow breathing. The practice is designed to enhance focus, balance, and relaxation while cultivating the body’s vital energy, or qi. Participants say it offers numerous benefits for both mental clarity and physical well-being.
