The Great Homerun Escape For Two

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Contest Name
The name of this contest is The Great Homerun Escape For Two.
2. Sponsor
The contest is sponsored by Georgia 104.5, Homerun Foods, and Pepsi.
3. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of Georgia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who live within the Georgia 104.5 listening area.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Georgia 104.5, Homerun Foods, Pepsi, their parent companies, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and immediate family members or household members of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. Contest Period
The contest begins when official entry boxes and displays are made available at participating Homerun Foods locations and ends prior to the random drawing on Wednesday, June 3rd.
Georgia 104.5 reserves the right to adjust contest dates, entry deadlines, or drawing dates if necessary.
5. How to Enter
To enter, visit a participating local Homerun Foods location and look for the official Great Homerun Escape For Two entry box and display.
Complete an official entry form and place it in the designated entry box.
Limit one entry per person per day. Multiple entries in excess of the stated limit may be disqualified.
All entries become the property of Georgia 104.5 and will not be returned.
Georgia 104.5, Homerun Foods, and Pepsi are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected, or misplaced entries.
6. Prize
One winner will receive The Great Homerun Escape For Two, consisting of the winner’s choice of one of the following getaway options:
A 3-night stay in Panama City Beach, Florida
OR
A 3-night stay in Savannah, Georgia
Prize is for lodging only unless otherwise specified by Georgia 104.5.
Transportation is not included. The winner is solely responsible for transportation to and from the selected destination, as well as meals, gratuities, parking fees, resort fees, incidental expenses, travel insurance, taxes, upgrades, and any other expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize.
Travel dates are subject to availability, blackout dates, hotel/property rules, and any restrictions set by the prize provider.
Prize has no cash value and may not be substituted, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash.
Georgia 104.5 reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random drawing on or about Wednesday, June 3rd from all eligible entries received.
The winner may be announced on-air on Georgia 104.5.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by phone and/or email using the information provided on the entry form.
If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within a reasonable time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete required paperwork, Georgia 104.5 reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The winner may be required to provide valid identification and sign a release form before receiving the prize.
9. Taxes and Fees
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with accepting and using the prize.
10. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Georgia 104.5, Homerun Foods, Pepsi, and their promotional partners the right to use their name, likeness, voice, city of residence, photo, and/or contest entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Georgia 104.5, which are final.
Georgia 104.5 reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, submitting false information, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Georgia 104.5 also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical issues, weather, acts of God, prize availability, or any other factor beyond the station’s control affects the integrity or proper operation of the contest.
12. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Georgia 104.5, Homerun Foods, Pepsi, their parent companies, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and promotional partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize.
13. Participating Locations
Entry boxes and displays will be available at participating local Homerun Foods locations in the Albany area.
14. Winner List
The name of the winner may be available after the contest has concluded by contacting Georgia 104.5 during normal business hours.
