Sir Paul McCartney announced the dates for the 2025 ‘Got Back’ U.S. tour – his first North American since 2022. McCartney first launched his Got Back run of shows in 2022 with 16 sold-out U.S. gigs, followed by an international edition the next year and 20 more concerts in South America, Mexico, the U.K. and Europe in 2024.
The legendary rocker, 83, shared the 2025 leg of his acclaimed Got Back Tour, a 19-date jaunt across 16 cities slated to kick-off at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, CA on Sept. 29. The dates in Palm Springs as well as Albuquerque mark the first time McCartney has ever played those two cities; with additional stops in Las Vegas, Denver, Des Moines, Minneapolis, Tulsa, New Orleans, Atlanta, Nashville, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Montreal and Hamilton, Ontario before winding down with a two-night stand at the United Center in Chicago on Nov. 24-25.
A press release states: “With songs like ‘Hey Jude,’ ‘Live and Let Die,’ ‘Band on the Run,’ ‘Let It Be’ and so many more, the Paul McCartney live experience is everything any music lover could ever want from a rock show and more: hours of the greatest moments from the last 60 years of music — dozens of songs from Paul’s solo, Wings and of course Beatles songbooks that have formed the soundtracks of our lives.”
A general on-sale for the date will begin on July 18 at 10 a.m. local time; click here for more information.
