Nicole, once a Category 1 hurricane, has weakened to a Tropical Storm after making landfall in Florida on Wednesday night.  However, forecasters say that it is possible Nicole could strengthen again before again making landfall, which is predicted to occur in the Florida panhandle and follow a track directly through the Albany area late Thursday into early Friday.

A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for all of south Georgia
