Lil Baby and Gunna’s “Drip Too Hard” receives RIAA Diamond Certification

On the 4th anniversary of the track’s release, Lil Baby and Gunna’s 2018 collaborative single “Drip Too Hard” has officially been certified diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). “Drip Too Hard”, the lead single off Baby and Gunna’s 2018 joint project Drip Harder, peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 100 and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Song/Sung Performance.

“Drip Too Hard” is just the 86th song in music history to earn the prestigious diamond certification, including rappers such as Eminem, Drake, Future, and Cardi B.

Lil Baby also recent announced the forthcoming release of his third studio album, It’s Only Me, which will drop Oct. 14.  The album is the follow-up to Baby’s 2020 sophomore effort My Turn; and Baby posted on IG to reveal the cover art for It’s Only Me  – here.
